Payment and Delivery

Product Prices
All product prices published on www.galebcamps.com are expressed in dinars (or euros), including VAT. Unless otherwise stated, prices apply per person. Prices are subject to change and will be updated with the organization and publication of each new camp.

Payment Method
On the website www.galebcamps.com, you may order and pay for your ticket via payment slip at the post office/bank, bank transfer if you are an e-banking user, or in cash upon arrival at the camp only with prior notification to the organizer via email at info@galebcamps.com

On the payment page, if you are paying as an individual, you must provide the following information: full name of the person making the payment (to whom the invoice will be issued), residential address, email address and phone number. If you are paying as a legal entity, please provide: full name of the person making the payment, company name, tax ID and registration number, company headquarters address, phone number, and email address.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).

User Privacy Protection
On behalf of Galeb sport events d.o.o., we commit to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic customer/user data required for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing quality service. All customer/user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who require such data to perform their duties.

All employees of Galeb sport events d.o.o. (as well as business partners) are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.

Refund Policy
Galeb sport events d.o.o. guarantees a refund to users in accordance with the deadlines stated below, and refunds are made exclusively to the bank account from which the payment was received.
