1. When does the bus leave Belgrade for Vrnjacka Banja? When does the bus from Vrnjacka Banja to Belgrade depart?

The bus departs from Belgrade for Vrnjačka Banja on July 30, 2026. approximately 9am in the morning. Return from Vrnjačka Banja to Belgrade is August 06, 2026, after breakfast around 9 am. You will receive the exact time of departure and return in the e-mail a few days before the start of the camp. The place of departure (and return) is the parking lot in front of “ House of Flowers“ (it is a Museum) at Bulevar kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevića. The ride takes about 3 and a half hours.

2. Can you wait for us at the airport?

No, all camp participants organize their own arrival from the airport to the place of departure of the bus and vice versa on the way back. We can suggest taking a taxi from the airport to the bus departure point; the ride takes about 30 minutes and the price is about €40 (4.800 RSD) in total, not per person.

3. The time of departure of the bus does not suit us, we have a later flight. Can you organize our departure from Belgrade to the camp?

No, you have to do it yourself, but we can suggest that you take a taxi from the airport to the Main Bus Station.

The ride takes about 30 minutes and the price is approximately €35 (4.200 RSD) in total and not per person (you pay in dinars).

At the Main Bus Station you can buy a ticket to Vrnjacka Banja (where the camp is).
You can also get a ticket online at http://www.bas.rs/en/.

The ticket price is around €20 (2.400 RSD).

4. What is the price of the camp if we come by our own transport?

The price of the camp is unique, it does not decrease if you come by your own transport.

5. What is the price of the camp for coaches?

The price of the camp is the same for all participants – athletes and coaches.

6. Can parents also apply?

Of course. We would just like to emphasize that the camp price is the same for all participants staying at Hotel “Zepter” — athletes, coaches, and parents.

7. Does full board include breakfast, lunch, dinner?

Yes. All three meals are included in the price of the camp.

8. When does the registration start?

Upon arrival at the hotel at 1 p.m.

9. How many trainings are there per day, can you send us the schedule?

You have two trainings a day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. You will receive the schedule upon arrival at the camp.

10. What happens with my payment if I have to cancel my participation?

In case of cancellation, please follow the deadlines below:

Cancel before April 15, 2026 → Refund of 1st installment minus bank charges
Cancel after April 15, 2026 → No refund of the 1st installment (change of participant is allowed as a replacement)
After July 1, 2026 → No refunds possible (change of participant is allowed as a replacement till July 15th 2026)
